Contracted Teacher Access Request Information

To resolve the issue of providing ‘Contracted Teachers’ access to the online report card systems, Information Technology, along with the Office of Curriculum and the Office of Secondary Education have jointly developed a new process and online system.

In order to create and manage these external accounts, we will need the school's assistance. A new form (Contracted Teacher Access Request Form) has been developed and is available to download from our website at: http://www.phila.k12.pa.us/teachers/reportcarddata.

Principals are required to complete the form which will include specific information, sign and fax it to the Office of Information Technology at 215-400-5556 for processing. Instructions for completing the form are listed on the form.

When the accounts are created the form will be returned to the requesting school with the account information which can then be disseminated to the appropriate teacher.

One last and very important note: once the schools receive the accounts back, they will need to assign the Contracted Teacher(s) to their appropriate classrooms or subject/sections by using the online systems as follows:

  • The TRA System - for Schools using the K-8 Online System (grades K-8)
    • Only Principals have access to this system
  • The ‘Edit Users’ feature inside the High School Online System (grades 9-12)
    • Principals and Roster staff have access to this feature
