Q: How do I obtain a copy of my high school diploma?

A: Former students may request a copy of their high school diploma by submitting a Former Student’s Application for High School Diploma or a written request to the high school they attended. If you cannot print an application and must send a written request, please include:

• Name used (as it appeared) while in school
• Year of graduation (preferably month, day, and year)
• $10.00 money order made payable to The School District of Philadelphia (Effective 10/01/2011)
