My name is Jihan Amir and I have been teaching for over twenty years. I currently hold a B.A. in Urban Studies and Public Policy from Dillard University in New Orleans, La. I obtained a M.S. in the Science of Instruction from Drexel University in 1997. I am currently working as a Practicum Student in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy in an effort to obtain certification as a Psychoanalyst. My hope is to work as a private clinician upon my retirement from teaching. I enjoy working with children instilling a life long love of learning.
