Laura Whitney was born and raised in Bucks County, PA. She graduated from Marist College with a BA in Marketing, where she also played Division I Basketball. She earned her Health and Physical Education (K-12) Teacher Certification fromTemple University in 2009. She coaches Girl's Basketball, Track & Field, and supervises the First Tee of Philadelphia Golf Program. In her spare time she enjoys going to the beach, traveling, reading, playing basketball and golf, and watching the Eagles and Phillies.
