Mr. Steven Kell

Music K-5


This is Steve Kell's second year in the Philadelphia School District; and he loves his first year here at J.S. Jenks. He is excited to work with such strong voices and students with so much music potential. Steve studied music at both James Madison University and Kutztown University. Steve also gained a great deal of experience during his time as a professional singer and actor. He has performed across most of the United States in a variety of settings, including traveling tours,theaters, rok bands, ceremonies, and theme parks. Organizations include: Theatreworks USA, AIM Productions, Bush Gardens, Media FiveEntertainment, Insight Talent Agency, Cedar Fair, and Spirit Cruises. Steve is also a member of Actors' Equity Association (national actor's union), and MENC (for music educators).
