School staff are required to be responsive to all witnessed or reported incidents of bullying and harassment.

Teachers and staff are trained to create a safe environment for all students, and to intervene if a student is being bullied or harassed.  Creating and maintaining a bullying-free school environment is the goal for all educators and staff.

If any school staff witnesses or a receives a report of bullying or harassment, they must report it to the Principal or designee for proper investigation.  All reports of bullying and harassment are thoroughly investigated and the proper attention is paid to every report.

It is important to note that responses and next steps may vary depending on the incident, and are tailored for the best outcome for each individual situation.
