Energy Conservation Measures

Scope of work: Energy Savings Upgrades GESA-2

The GESA program will focus on the following Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs): LED light fixtures and controls: Installation of high-efficiency LED lighting fixtures to both the interior and exterior; Automatic Temperature Controls (ATC) upgrades and repairs to allow improved comfort; levels and reduce energy consumption.; New boilers and chillers, to improve cooling and new terminal units for heating and ventilation.; Steam to hot water heating conversions; New Air Handling Units (AHU’s) for improved heating and ventilation.; Electrical System upgrades as needed; seal the envelope of buildings to reduce heat loss
