Broiler Replacement: Remove existing steam boiler plant equipment. Furnish and install three new cast iron steam boilers with boiler controls, breeching, and necessary piping. Scrape and paint, mechanical spaces. Remove and replace overhead coiling doors for the house fans. Modify and repair the existing chimney.
