Construction Budget: $6,399,500

 

The entire site is being excavated to install a new parking lot, stormwater piping and inlets, utilities, new exterior and parking area lighting, exterior classrooms and removal of coal tunnel that is no longer in service. New driveways and a loading dock area will also be added. This is Phase One(1) of a Two(2) Phase project to prepare for an upcoming Performing Arts Center on the same site.
