The Chiller, Boiler plant, piping, and all related appurtenances on dual temp lines throughout building are being replaced with modern, new energy efficient equipment including an air-cooled tower. New unit ventilators are being installed in each of the classrooms, and common areas will be receiving new ceiling mounted units as well. The newly installed systems will be controlled with a new temperature control network throughout the school. Additionally, all non-fiberglass pipe and equipment insulation will be abated and replaced with fiberglass insulating material or Armor flex pipe wrapping.
