Scope of work: Replacement of Thirty-One (31) Exterior Doors associated with adjacent spaces and exterior openings. Thirty-One (31) Exterior Doors related to adjacent areas and external gaps; Coordination activities as required to perform duties of the lead contractor; Cleaning of all surfaces including but not limited to walls, doors, floors, glazing, and windowsills; Removal of existing doors, frames and hardware and replacement as indicated on the drawings. They scraped, repaired, and patched all existing openings as required to receive new assemblies. All painting, including but not limited to doors, frames, and adjacent wall and ceiling surfaces, as indicated on the drawings. Interior finish work at the vestibules as indicated on the drawings. Removal and installation of lighting and security system as indicated on the drawings. Replacement of missing exterior railing as indicated on the drawings.
