Remove the existing built-up roofing system, including insulation and lightweight concrete, down to the deck, inspect the deck, and repair any damaged concrete. Install a modified bitumen roof, and roof drain strainers, and repair, replace, and re-point broken brick walls and other masonry walls as per the documents.
