The Mayfair New Classroom Addition consists of demolishing an existing one-story building and constructing a new two-story addition (13,586 SF).  The new addition will include six new classrooms, teaching stairs, four offices, a nurse’s suite with an examining room, boys’ and girls’ toilet rooms, and a gender-neutral bathroom.  The new addition will include acoustic ceiling tiles, LED Lighting, maker boards, and tackable surfaces in each classroom.
