Active Projects (s): Major renovation and Addition to the current building.
The Pollock School renovation will include new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical improvements, repaving of the south parking lot; patching asphalt and concrete paving,; refurbishing railings; replacing the gate at the east end of the play area; seven-classroom in the modular addition; a science lab; new flooring and ceilings; new paint throughout; new marker boards and tackable surfaces in the classrooms; toilet room improvements; new tile floors and wall areas; replacing toilet fixtures and partitions to achieve accessibility; the auditorium and cafeteria will have new suspended acoustical tile ceilings; new LED lighting; main building’s roof will be resurfaced; the kindergarten building’s roof will be replaced; All interior and exterior doors will be replaced; new windows throughout; Installation of New heating and cooling systems; unit ventilators in the classrooms; new combination water fountain/bottle filler systems; motion detectors and surveillance cameras will be added to the building to improve security.
