School: Roosevelt Elementary School

Construction Budget: $7,414,278

The goal of the project at Roosevelt is to restore the building envelope, the schoolyard and the interior environment to better meet the growing needs of the students and to enhance the amenities for younger learners. The Scope of Work includes roof replacement, façade remediation, classroom modernization, elevator replacement, electrical upgrades, security and communication system upgrades and site improvements.
