Construction Budget: $6,098,500

The existing roof system components will be removed to the decking and replaced with a modern, composite system that includes improved insulative qualities. The new roof will also receive new sheet metal flashing and a metal edge system. A maintenance agreement and manufacturer’s warranty will begin upon completion. Masonry and window repair will also be part of this roof project.
