Scope of Work: Building will undergo a full upgrade of the electrical system including new primary electrical service, transformer, circuit panels, branch circuit wiring and devices, CAT-6 data wiring and outlets. New LED lighting and controls, including occupancy and daylight harvesting sensors will be installed. There will also be a new fire alarm system, new wireless clock system, and a new CCTV security camera system. All obsolete equipment will be removed.
