Project Planning & Design focuses on the schematic design phase of a project. In this phase, we assess academic program requirements, review the existing layout, create new building designs, review building codes and regulations, coordinate schematics with consultants,  communicate design concepts with stakeholders, and prepare the cost of work estimates.
