Major Renovation at Wilson

School: Woodrow Wilson Middle School

Construction Budget: $11,161,426

 

The Office of Capital Programs contracted with BSI Construction, Dolan Mechanical, Mulhern Electric, and Herman Goldner to complete the major renovation project. This project includes primarily site improvements to the exterior of the building, including the façade, selective pointing, retaining wall repairs, resetting of exterior steps, lintel repairs, chimney repairs and a new accessible entrance.

Upgrades will also be made to the auditorium, and art and science rooms. The classrooms will receive new tack boards, marker boards and selective interactive white board installations. The administrative suite and ESOL classroom will be relocated during the renovation.
