Philadelphia National College Fair

Admission representatives from schools across the country are all gathered in one place. Their goal is to encourage you to learn more about their institutions, and help you sort through the qualities you’re looking for in a college.

Performing & Visual Arts College Fair

Interested in pursuing a college degree in music, theater, art, dance, or other related disciplines?  NACAC Performing and Visual Arts College Fairs Are for You!

The Malcolm Bernard Historically Black Colleges & Universities Fair

The Malcolm Bernard Historically Black Colleges and Universities College Fair is the largest HBCU College Fair on the East Coast. Admission representatives from HBCUs will be on site to meet with prospective students.

Some of the colleges will offer instant decisions so bring copies of your transcripts and dress to impress!
Students will be able to complete their FAFSA application at the fair!
Students should bring their/parent SS card, 2019 tax forms, FSA ID, and any other non-taxable income verification letters.

PASSHE College Fair (Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education)

Admission representatives from all 14 state schools will be here to meet with prospective students.

Students will be able to complete their FAFSA application at the fair

Meet the MAC (Multi-cultural Admission Counselors) College Fair

High School students and parents are welcomed to meet and interact with 18 Colleges and Universities. Instant decisions will be offered by some colleges/universities – please bring copies of your personal statement, transcripts, and references.

Pathways to Success Job & Career Fair

Pathways to Success is an opportunity for high school seniors (2020 grads) and recent graduates (16-24+) to explore a wide variety of career opportunities by participating in a resource and job fair featuring: career focused workshops, assistance with resumes, working papers and so much more!

Steppingstone Scholars – Step Into College Conference

The Step Into College conference is free, and open to all Philadelphia 8th grade and high school students who would like to hear from current college professionals and experts about areas such as: college and career planning, the college admission process, how to pay for college, and the college experience.  The event will take place on Saturday, March 7 at 9:00am.

APRIL 2020

Military Opportunities Day 2020 (MOD)

After much consideration and caution, this event has been POSTPONED

MOD will be an interactive experience for young adults in grades 10, 11, and 12 to explore what a career in the Military is all about. They will have an opportunity to engage with representatives from the US Army, US Marines Corps, US Air Force, US Navy, PA Army National Guard, Air National Guard, and Military Prep programs. This will be an interactive experience.

Panel discussions, presentations, virtual reality!

This event is ideal for a mature young adult who is looking for options that can open many endless doors of opportunity. This will be an afternoon of fun, learning, and very interactive.

Hey Class of 2020! Before you turn those tassels and toss those caps. We want to celebrate and then we’ll call it a wrap! Whether it’s college, a trade, the workforce, or military. The School District is proud of you and this celebration will show it!
