PHILADELPHIA — School District of Philadelphia Superintendent William R. Hite, Jr., Ed.D. will be available to address media via virtual press conference tomorrow, Thursday, April 16. Dr. Hite will provide updates around Chromebook distribution, remote learning and the District’s efforts to continue providing healthy meals to students now that schools are closed in response to efforts by Gov. Tom Wolf to reduce the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus).
