Covid Updates

**This page provides daily updates to listings of schools as they shift to virtual, starting January 18th, continuing through January 21st. Please check daily for additions to this list.

Safely keeping our schools open for in-person learning as consistently as possible is essential for our students’ health and well-being. There will be times when we will need to temporarily shift schools to 100% virtual learning due to COVID-related staffing challenges.

Below find the current list of schools temporarily shifting to virtual learning this week. You can search the school list by date or school name to see if your school has been impacted. If so, your child’s principal and teachers will be contacting you directly with more information. You can also use Class Dojo, Google Classroom or your Parent Portal account to reach out to your child’s teachers.

6 am Update

At this time, no additional schools will shift to virtual learning for students today due to staffing challenges.

3 pm Update

Based on this afternoon’s data review and with safety as our highest priority, six additional schools will provide 100% virtual learning:

7pm Update:

Mary McLeod Bethune School

2 p.m. Update: Based on this afternoon’s data review and with safety as our highest priority, at this time 8 schools will provide virtual learning for students next week, Tuesday, January 18th through Friday, January 21st.
