The Office of Career & Technical Education is responsible for issuing working permits for all Philadelphia students ages 14 through 17.

Due to COVID-19, The School District of Philadelphia has created a process that will allow minors to obtain their working papers in two ways: Virtually by appointment and In-Person by Appointment.
