The Job Training application is LIVE! All applications and supplemental forms must be submitted by Thursday, May 9 at 11:59pm. Late applications not accepted. New this year! We are offering TWO Job Training workshops, students may choose one or the other to attend in full, they do not attend both.

Job Training 1: Wednesday June 5 through Friday June 7 @ Free Library of Philadelphia, 9am-5pm each of the three days.

Job Training 2: Monday June 17 through Thursday June 20 @ Widener University in Chester, 9am-5pm each of the four days.

We are asking students to upload a resume with their online Job Training application. During her spring school visits, Alyssa is going over how to create a C-CAP approved resume through Culinary Agents ( With Culinary Agents, students just need to create an online profile, answer their prompts, and then click the “Export Resume” button. This will automatically format their Culinary Agents profile into a PDF version of a resume.

As a reminder, we do not provide the Job Training application directly to students. We ask that you recommend students who you feel will succeed in the program. Job Training is open to students who:

• Have completed at least one year in culinary at a participating C-CAP high school
• Is at least 16 years old by July 1, 2019
• Has availability over the summer to work in a 150-hour paid culinary or hospitality internship
• Can commit to attending all days of whichever Job Training workshop they are applying to
• Can legally work in the United States
