They earned Achievement Level. Chapters earning Achievement Level will receive a pennant and certificate. They are a multi-year winner of this and many other DECA chapter awards.<\/p>\n<p>As a CTSO, DECA has had a positive impact on the college and career readiness of youth for over 75 years by providing meaningful connections among the school, community and business partners. DECA\u2019s mission is to prepare emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges around the globe. Through DECA\u2019s Comprehensive Learning Program, students are engaged in experiential learning methods and authentic activities relating to careers in marketing, entrepreneurship, finance, hospitality and management.
