The STAR Award is given to one FFA member that demonstrates top engagement in supervised agricultural experience throughout their high school experience. Damien won the award because his scholastic and CTE-based experiences demonstrate outstanding achievement, active participation in content-specific internships, extracurricular activities, and academic success.<\/p>\n<p>Damien is a Senior at W.B. Saul High School and his state acknowledgment is a result of his active participation in community service learning activity, internships, and employment opportunities within agriculture over the past two years as a Natural Resource Management major.
