A new rule to support Online Enrollment has recently been added to the Principals and Secretaries scorecards.

EN410 – The student’s current enrollment should have the correct On-Line Registration application number attached to it.

EN 410 identifies students whose online registration is complete and who have been enrolled in Infinite Campus, but the OLR Application ID has been misspelled or is missing from the Enrollment Record. This year, it is critical for the OLR Application ID to be linked to the enrollment as that is how SIS is filling in all of the student and academic fields in the system. When the ID is not linked correctly, household, language, and special education information that was entered in OLR does not get linked to the student’s records in SIS.

Steppers to help explain and correct the above issues will be available at SISHELP:

Please support your school staff as they work to address these issues, and thank you for your support!
