Starting in 2025, the ERP will also consolidate employee information including time and attendance, absences, benefits, payroll, and expenses into a user-friendly and transparent system.<\/p>\n<p>The ERP with additional modules &#8211; Talent (absences, benefits, employee information), Payroll, and Expenses &#8211; are scheduled to go live over winter break. At that time, multiple systems will be connected &#8211; Taleo (hiring and onboarding), Frontline (school-based absences and substitute requests), Oracle (absences, benefits, employee information, payroll, expenses), and Kronos\/UKG (for time, attendance, and payroll).<\/p>\n<p>All District employees will receive communication updates periodically with system details, resources for how to use the new system, and information on where to go for more support.
