Remote Learning Family Survey

The School District of Philadelphia quickly adapted to the Covid19 situation by implementing an entirely new approach to education in Philadelphia. The District has provided the opportunity for all public school students to receive a Chromebook and access to virtual course work.

We are asking parents and guardians to take a short survey to help us collect feedback about their experience with remote learning. The survey is anonymous and available in the District’s top ten languages.

The deadline to complete the survey is May 22nd at 4:30 PM.
