Supporting our non-public schools
The Office of Non-Public School Programs (ONPP) manages the federal funds allocated for use by non-public schools. The School District of Philadelphia allots equitable share dollars that are required to provide services for non-public schools from District federal grant awards. The ONPP also manages the allocation of State Act 89 dollars to Intermediate Unit 26. These funds provide supplemental educational services to non-public school students in Philadelphia County.
