I need to grant an outside guest access to the wireless network
- Call the IT Help Desk at 215-400-5555 for the current week’s wireless guest account.
I have a personal device that needs to be registered to the wireless portal
- See your location’s TTL, who has access to the wireless access manager and will be able to register your device to the wireless network.
I have a District cell phone that is not working
- Open a ticket with Telecommunications via the Employee Portal using the Telecommunications App. If you have issues creating a ticket, please call Telecommunications at 215-400-4450.
My laptop has been “quarantined” and cannot access the District network
- Your computer has most likely been quarantined because of peer-to peer software such as “bittorent.” All offending software must be uninstalled before the computer can be removed from quarantine. After the software has been removed, please call the IT Help Desk at 215-400-5555 with your computer’s current IP address.
I need School District email on my smartphone or tablet device

I have old and/or obsolete technology equipment that I need to have removed from my building (Please note that a MINIMUM of 25 items is required to open a disposal request).
- Call the IT Help Desk at 215-400-5555 and have the following information ready: number of items, type of equipment, location name, location address, name of individual responsible for disposable, contact phone number for individual responsible for disposal.
- A representative from the disposal company will contact the person designated in your request to arrange a date and time to pick up your equipment. Someone must be available at the contact phone number in order to schedule the pickup. Please make sure the principal is available to sign off on the pickup the day the scheduled pickup happens. All items need to be staged near an outside door the day of the disposal. The disposal company will not go room-to-room to pick-up items marked for disposal.
