Free District Immunizations at CVS

This Saturday, November 21st, the District is hosting school immunizations clinics at Roberto Clemente Middle School, South Philadelphia High School, and Frankford High School. Parents must register using the links below to attend. All students that attend one of the clinics on November 21st will receive their required school immunizations FREE of charge. As a special incentive to families, each student that participates in a school immunization clinic on November 21st will receive a $30 gift card to CVS. Please spread the news to your families.
