Crystal Lynch joined the District in September 2020 and serves as the HR/Operations Manager. She oversees Operations Payroll, the Use of Facilities function, and Staffing and Attendance Management. She also serves as an interdepartmental point of contact/liaison for Talent Support Service and Employee Relations, and as a resource for represented and non-represented Facilities staff.
Crystal came to the District with solid experience in Human Resources, having last served as the HR Administrator for an addiction recovery hospital and treatment center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She has prior experience in a variety of environments, including the Federal government, for-profit higher education, and a major consumer insurance provider.
Crystal holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Baruch College, a graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Purdue University, and a certification in Human Resource Management from the Society for Human Resource Management.
