Meghan Smith is the Director of 504 and Counseling Services for the School District of Philadelphia. She has over two decades of experience in Education, beginning with her career as an Elementary School teacher, then transitioning into teaching Special Education, and then spending 13 years as a School Counselor in the School District of Philadelphia. Meghan brings to this position her experience working in school settings and her knowledge in supporting students across all areas. Meghan graduated from Arcadia University with a dual major in Elementary and Special Education, has a Masters in School Counseling from Rowan University and a Masters in Educational Leadership from Cabrini University.
