If you are planning to come to PSTV you must fill out this form 24 hours prior and get approval from a staff person before coming to PSTV.\u00a0 This is so we can guarantee that staff is available to support you and so we can let you know in advance if the space you would like to work in is available.<\/p>\n

Student Information Form<\/a><\/p>\n

Reservations can only be made by students that have gone through our orientation process or completed a tour of our studio. Reserving time is on a first come first serve basis. No student will be allowed at PSTV during normal school hours or if suspended from their registered school.<\/p>\n

+No Drop ins will be allowed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

+PSTV hours for students are 3-6PM Monday -Wednesday – PSTV is closed on Fridays to students.<\/strong><\/p>\n

+PSTV studios are not open on days when schools are closed to students or on half-day schedules.<\/strong><\/p>\n

+Your spot will not be reserved until you’ve received confirmation FROM A STAFF MEMBER.<\/strong><\/p>\n
