Study of the Transition from AimswebPlus to Star

This is a knowledge-building study of a major district initiative.  The questions we’re asking include:

  • How did participation and performance change from AimswebPlus to the Star diagnostic assessment for these grades from Fall 2020 to Fall 2021?
  • For the other grades that used the Star diagnostic assessment across both school years, how did participation and performance change?

Study of Star Curriculum-Based Measures (CBM)

This is a knowledge-building study of a major district initiative. The questions we’re asking are:

  • What skills, as measured by the Star CBMs, are being mastered at each grade level?
  • What patterns exist?

Study of 2021-22 Star Participation and Performance

This is a knowledge-building study of a major district initiative. The questions we’re asking are:

  • What did Star participation and performance look like throughout the 2021-2022 school year?
  • Which students did not participate in the Star diagnostic assessment?
  • What was Star participation and performance during each screening window?
