On this page you’ll find the most updated information regarding our District-wide Surveys, including how to access your specific survey.
Parent/Guardian Survey
All parents/guardians can access the survey online at http://philasd.org/parentsurvey/
Student Survey
District students can access the survey via Infinite Campus.
District and Charter students can access the survey online: http://philasd.org/studentsurvey/
Teacher Survey
District teachers can access the survey via the Employee Portal.
Additionally, District teachers will receive emails with instructions and a link to log in to the portal.
Charter teachers will receive emails with instructions and a link to the survey. Renaissance Charter School teachers are expected to take the survey.
Principal Survey
District principals can access the survey via the Employee Portal.
Additionally, District principals will receive emails with instructions and a link to the portal.
Charter principals will receive emails with instructions and a link to the survey. Renaissance Charter School principals are expected to take the survey.
