In 2024-25, ORE received responses from 7,369 seniors at 79 District high schools, representing 73.9% of enrolled 12th grade students.<\/p>\n<p>Survey results indicated that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>80.9% of respondents intended to pursue postsecondary education within one year after high school.<\/li>\n<li>50.4% of the respondents who intended to pursue postsecondary education planned to attend a 4-year university or college.<\/li>\n<li>About 81% of the respondents who intended to pursue postsecondary education also intended to work (either full-time or part-time) while in school.<\/li>\n<li>The most popular choices of major were 1) Health and Medicine, 2) Business, 3) Science, Math, and Technology, and 4) Trades and Personal Services.<\/li>\n<li>19.3% of respondents indicated they would have liked more support from their high school in finding scholarships, and 13.8% wanted more support in applying to college.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_btn title=&#8221;CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE SLIDE DECK&#8221; style=&#8221;gradient-custom&#8221; gradient_custom_color_1=&#8221;#0b315b&#8221; gradient_custom_color_2=&#8221;#398635&#8243; align=&#8221;center&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221; button_block=&#8221;true&#8221; link=&#8221;url:https%3A%2F%2Fdrive.google.com%2Ffile%2Fd%2F16m2eLDUV_TDsMl8OdqibhTIVR6p4bwYw%2Fview%3Fusp%3Dsharing&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Senior Exit Survey is administered annually each spring by the Office of Research and Evaluation (ORE).
