Pandemic Compliance Monitor

The School District of Philadelphia’s students, employees, and visitors deserve safe learning and working environments.  In order to lower the likelihood of exposure to COVID-19 and ensure the proper level of safety within our schools and facilities, the District has implemented several health & safety protocols for all students, staff and visitors during the COVID-19 pandemic (available by clicking HERE). The District has also initiated a Pandemic Compliance Reporting System, which was designed to identify instances of noncompliance of the School District of Philadelphia‘s policies and procedures related to surface disinfection, social distancing, prevention, infection, and the use of PPE in response to a pandemic.  All reports of noncompliance will be received by the Pandemic Compliance Monitor, who will work in conjunction with leadership from School District departments and offices to ensure that all policies and procedures adhere to all federal, state and local regulations and best practices such as those from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Philadelphia Department of Public Health and the Pennsylvania Department of Education.

If you observe instances of noncompliance with SDP Health & Safety Protocols at any School District of Philadelphia building, program or service, you can submit a report to the Pandemic Compliance Monitor’s office by the following means:

*If you wish to leave an anonymous report, you can omit your name and contact information. The Pandemic Compliance Monitor’s office may not, however, be able to get in touch with you if a follow-up is needed.*
