(K-12)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You didn&#8217;t really think we&#8217;d let the spring end without a\u00a0GOTR\u00a05K, did you?<\/p>\n<p>We are so excited to invite you to our first-ever\u00a0VIRTUAL 5K! You will be able to take part in the joy of a Girls on the Run 5K in your own special way \u2013 running, walking, rolling, skipping, or a combination of any physical movement! There are no rules, as long as you&#8217;re having fun and practicing social distancing. We hope you will join us for the virtual 5K anytime between\u00a0<strong>May 23\u00a0\u2013 31, 2020<\/strong> &#8211; on your own time. We will be having a live\u00a0social\u00a0media celebration on Sunday,\u00a0May 31st, and we&#8217;d love for you to share your &#8220;5K Your Way&#8221; moment with us on social media after your complete your activity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our virtual 5K is open to all\u00a0GOTR\u00a0participants, families, and supporters.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Registration is <strong>FREE<\/strong> and all registrants will receive a custom Virtual 5K Guide, as well as special swag based on donation and fundraising participation &#8211; the first 100 virtual 5K registrants\u00a0who make a donation of $30\u00a0or more\u00a0during registration will receive a special\u00a0GOTR\u00a0swag item in the mail.\u00a0Girls who were registered for our Spring 2020 Girls on the Run and Heart &amp; Sole program will receive a finisher medal in the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Learn more and REGISTER here:<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.raceplanner.com\/register\/index\/gotrphl-virtual-5K-spring-2020?sid=9cb2a52e4a644d7689512d2741660817\">https:\/\/www.raceplanner.com\/register\/index\/gotrphl-virtual-5K-spring-2020?sid=9cb2a52e4a644d7689512d2741660817<\/a><\/p>\n<p>We hope to &#8220;see&#8221; you there.
