Dear School District of Philadelphia community,

One of the District’s priorities for this school year is creating deeper partnerships with parents and families, and supporting them in staying engaged in their child’s academic journey. Today, we are happy to announce that we are making it easier than ever to do just that! This fall, there are several new features to the Infinite Campus Family Portal.

What’s New?

In addition to your usual access to grades, schedules, transcripts, report cards, and immunization records, you are now be able to view:

  • 📊 Assessment Data: Track how your student is performing on standardized state and local assessments for the current and past school years.
  • 📅 Summary Attendance Data: Get a quick, high-level snapshot of your student’s attendance for the current and past school years.
  • 📋 Summary Suspension Data: Stay informed on your student’s in-school and out-of-school suspensions for the current and past school years.
  • 📝 Electronic Absence Notes: Submit absence notes for future absences digitally in the Family Portal.

Resources for these new features can be found on our Family Portal website here.

Why You’ll Love It

  • One Login, Total Access: Your current Portal username and password stay the same.
  • Mobile Friendly: Access most features on the go, anytime, anywhere (not applicable for attendance or suspension data)
  • Deeper Insights: Get a truly complete, 360-degree view of your student’s progress.

Check your Portal account for the above features that are currently available on your computer or device. Additional features and tools will roll out throughout the year and be communicated as they are released.

What if I don’t have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal?

If you have questions about any of these new features, please find helpful resources at www.philasd.org/sishelp, or connect with our team through Let’s Talk – click the green Family Tech Support button.

Thank you for your continued partnership in helping make the School District of Philadelphia the fastest-improving, large urban public school district in the nation.

In partnership,
