Schools compete at Pennsylvania’s Annual Media and Design Competition

On April 4, 2025, 195 students from 32 schools participated in the Regional Philadelphia Media and Design Competition hosted at the Constance E. Clayton Education Center. This competition, which is open to all students in the District, promotes technology and computer science education. The first-place middle and high school winners will move on to represent the School District of Philadelphia on Tuesday, May 20 and Wednesday, May 21 in the Pennsylvania Media and Design Competition at Elizabethtown College. At this event, students from districts across the state compete in categories such as 3D Design, Animation, Digital Movie, Graphic Design and Logo, Programming, and Web Design.
