Notice of Nondiscrimination

Non-Retaliation Statement

The District strictly prohibits and will not tolerate retaliation against any individual who reports discrimination, harassment, bullying, or sexual misconduct; assists in an investigation; or participates in any proceeding related to such a report. This includes, but is not limited to, actions that could discourage a reasonable person from making a report or participating in an investigation.

Any individual found to have engaged in retaliation will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination or expulsion. The District is committed to fostering a safe and respectful environment where individuals can report concerns without fear of negative consequences.

Title IX

The School District does not discriminate on the basis of sex and prohibits sex discrimination in any education program or activity that it operates, as required by Title IX and its regulations, including in admission and employment.
