Welcome to Employee Effectiveness.

The School District of Philadelphia aims to have great principals, teachers, and staff in every school. Measuring the effectiveness of our educators and staff works to this goal by recognizing strengths and identifying opportunities for growth. Currently, the District has implemented evaluation systems for Principals, Assistant Principals, Climate Managers, Teachers, Non-Teaching Professional Employees and Early Childhood Field Coordinators.
