Our mission is to provide quality service in all aspects of Employee Records for former, current and future School District of Philadelphia employees.
This office offers a range of employee services as well as employment verification for third party inquiries. We can provide access to your personnel file, research of prior service and tenure for teachers, and employment verification for loans, social security, child care, public assistance programs, disability, and insurance claims for employees.
It is our goal to provide information in a timely and efficient manner, while also protecting our employees’ private and confidential information.
