Students who will not be 5 years old on or before September 1st should click here to review Early Childhood program options.

PLEASE NOTE:

Our practice for Kindergarten registration is to the greatest extent possible, process applications in the order in which they are received. Students will only be enrolled if ALL necessary documentation is available during the registration. No incomplete applications will be accepted or counted.

In some of our neighborhood schools, there are more kindergarten students living within the boundaries of the neighborhood school, than the number of seats available. If this happens, the Office of Student Enrollment and Placement will reassign the student to the next closest school with space using the process below:

  • Parent will register at the neighborhood school
  • Neighborhood school will place the student on the wait list
  • Wait list will be forwarded to the Office of Student Enrollment and Placement
  • Office of Student Enrollment and Placement will reassign the student
