After 41 years of dedication and exemplary service, Leigh Clark will retire from her position as Operations Manager of Capital Programs. Leigh joined the District in 1981 and has made her mark as one of the most knowledgeable and impressionable members of the Office of Operations. She has worked tirelessly to be part of the progress and will continue to be a member of the School District of Philadelphia trailblazers even after she has retired.

Over the years, she has worked with numerous COOs, Board Members, CFOs, and Superintendents to assist with onboarding, restructuring, and improving the educational environments of our students. For many years she has delayed retirement for the greater good of our students of Philadelphia. Words cannot express the gratitude and love we feel for her. We thank you for your dedication and service, Leigh Clark, and wish you well on your retirement. Please join us in celebrating her 41 years of service and help us wish her the best!
