Just for Teens!

The Free Library’s Field Family Teen Center hosts Teen Reading Lounge, an award-winning, nontraditional book club for teens ages 12-18 that is currently held virtually. Teens help to create the reading list for the program and, working with trained facilitators, to design creative and civic engagement projects that bring big ideas to life. Teen Reading Lounge is held Mondays at 3:30 p.m. Youth ages 12-18 must register for this program. Please contact us at TeenCenter@freelibrary.org if you are interested.

The Field Family Teen Center also hosts Homework Hangout for Teens: Join the Teen Center for a relaxing virtual co-working space on Instagram Live on Tuesday evenings! We’ll listen to calming music, set goals, and chat about what we’re working on. Bring your homework, an art project, or just yourself. Watch live on Instagram Tuesdays at 4 pm.
