The Pennsylvania Department of Education requires each District to administer an exit survey to seniors.  The primary purpose is to capture students’ intentions after high school—specifically, whether they are planning to obtain additional education, employment, or to pursue other activities. The 2019-20 school year was the first year that SDP’s Office of Research and Evaluation (ORE) administered an Alt-Ed specific Senior Exit Survey to capture the unique experiences of alternative education students graduating on a non-traditional timeline. This slide deck summarizes results from that survey.
