Scheduling and Customer Service

We are dedicated to proving exceptional customer service for parents and school administrators. Parents are encouraged to work with their schools for initial transportation requests.

Scheduling Department

The Scheduling Department is staffed with nine scheduling analysts who design and schedule of all of the routes for the school year including the Extended School Year (ESY) summer programs. Scheduling analysts also respond to each transportation request submitted by a Transportation Action Requests (TAR) Form. Approximately 25,000 TARs are submitted by school administrators and processed by scheduling analysts annually.

Scheduling Analysts use the current eligibility policies in place to assign transportation for students. If you are a school administrator and would like more information on eligibility guidelines, please contact your designated Scheduling Analyst.

Customer Service Department

The Customer Service Department Dispatchers are available to answer your transportation inquiries from 6:30 am. until the last student is off the bus and home safe. To reach our Customer Service Department or for scheduling inquiries, call 215-400-4350 and follow the prompts provided.
