Scheduling and Customer Service

The Department of Transportation Services is dedicated to proving exceptional customer service for parents and school administrators. Parents are encouraged to work with their schools for initial transportation requests.

Scheduling

Scheduling Analysts create bus stops, design routes, and assign students for all District, Charter and Approved Private Schools according to Pennsylvania Department of Education and District guidelines. Scheduling Analysts also respond to Transportation Action Requests (TARs) submitted by school administrators in the order they are received. TARs typically take 5-7 schooldays from day of submission to be processed. Longer processing times may be encountered at the start of school and other peak times..
